Here are some tips to help you with using myCASA. Contact us if you are still having problems.

General tips

Refresh your internet browser

  • Press the F5 key on your keyboard
  • Click the circular arrow next to the web address bar on your browser

Check your internet connection

  • Open another browser window and search for something on Google
  • If this fails to load, you may not have internet connection so check your modem, internet cable or Wi-Fi

Start a new session

  • Logout and close your browser window
  • Open a new window and log back into myCASA

You’re waiting for an email

  • Wait for 5 minutes
  • Check your junk or spam folder

Downloading PDFs

You must allow pop ups. Many browsers block these. Here are instructions for the most common browsers:
