Refresh your internet browser
- Press the F5 key on your keyboard
- Click the circular arrow next to the web address bar on your browser
Check your internet connection
- Open another browser window and search for something on Google
- If this fails to load, you may not have internet connection so check your modem, internet cable or Wi-Fi
Start a new session
- Logout and close your browser window
- Open a new window and log back into myCASA
You’re waiting for an email
- Wait for 5 minutes
- Check your junk or spam folder
You must allow pop ups. Many browsers block these. Here are instructions for the most common browsers:
