The Industry Complaints Commissioner (ICC) manages complaints about us (CASA).
The ICC gives the public and aviation industry a clear way to complain about:
- our decisions, actions or services
- the behaviour of our staff.
To make sure the ICC is impartial, the Commissioner reports directly to our Board.
