Aviation reference numbers
On this page
An aviation reference number (ARN) is similar to an account or customer number. You will need an ARN if you hold, or intend to hold, any licence, permission or authorisation with us.
Only one ARN will be issued for each legal entity. An ARN will not be issued to business names, consortiums or partnerships.
Make sure you can meet the identification requirements before you apply.
You can find out what your ARN is by logging into the myCASA portal. If you have not used the portal before, you will need to set up an account. You may need to verify your identity and ‘link’ your ARN.
If you or your organisation are no longer involved in the aviation industry, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your ARN be closed.
