Civil Aviation Advisory Publications (CAAP) provide advice and guidance to help industry comply with the regulations, or to explain regulatory requirements, in the Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR) 1988. They should always be read in conjunction with any referenced regulations. CAAPs are associated with CARs and are being progressively replaced by Advisory Circulars.
