Part 19 of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 (CAR) contains a number of provisions, including:

  • a table of decisions reviewable by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
  • provisions relating to cheating by examination candidates
  • surrender and production of documents to CASA
  • access rights of authorised persons.

Who it affects

Part 19 of CAR affects all aviation personnel.
