Part 18 of CAR Evidence

Part 18 of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 (CAR) sets out when CASA can certify certain matters as evidence of those matters.

For example, CASA may, in writing, certify that a document required to be surrendered to CASA in accordance with a notice in writing under regulation 301 has not been so surrendered.

Part 18 of CAR affects all aviation personnel.
