Report a dangerous goods event

Use this form to report a dangerous goods incident, accident or occurrence. This form is for use by:

• foreign-owned airlines
• dangerous goods shippers
• dangerous goods training organisations
• passengers.

You must use myCASA to report all dangerous goods accidents, incidences or occurrences if you:

• are an Australian air operator
• are an Australian airline
• work for or on behalf of an Australian airline eg freight forwarder or ground handling agent.
