Repealed flight operations legislation

When the new flight operations regulations became effective on 2 December 2021 we repealed or cancelled a large number of:

  • Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR)
  • Civil Aviation Orders (CAO)
  • Civil Aviation Advisory Publications (CAAP).

These items no longer appear on the CASA website. You can find them on the Federal Register of Legislation.
