Scheduled passenger operations had an average rate of 1.98 accidents per million flying hours (2014-2020), or almost 2 per year.
Non-scheduled passenger operations* and scheduled freight during this time period has a rate per million hours at 0 as there were no accidents recorded.
Scheduled freight had a serious incident rate of 45.7 per million flying hours. This is twice that of non-scheduled passenger operations and over 5 times that of scheduled passenger operations.
*Please note: there have been two accidents using Cessna C208 aircraft during this period. But it is not clear if their operations were under Part 121 or Part 135.
