CASA offices will close from 25 December 2025 to 1 January 2026 (inclusive). Our offices will reopen on Friday 2 January 2026.

Season's greetings and safe travels

Please plan ahead and contact us now if you need our services. The more notice you can provide, the better.

Don't forget you can access services via myCASA at any time. Learn more about what services are available on our website.

You might need administrative support from us to complete some online processes. If this is the case, we'll take action after the CASA Christmas shutdown period. If you have any technical problems using myCASA, please complete our online form and we'll investigate the issue when we reopen.

During the shutdown period you can still lodge enquiries with us using one of our online forms We'll respond after our offices reopen on Friday 2 January 2026.

Accidents and incidents

Accidents and serious incidents must be reported to the Australian Transport Safety Bureau.

International operations

If you are a foreign operator and need urgent help for things such as non-scheduled aeromedical flights, contact us on +61 7 3144 7400.

Airspace requests

If you have an emergency/urgent airspace request, phone +61 2 6217 1177. This number is available 24 hours a day.
