The Industry complaints commissioner governance arrangements is a policy that sets out the governance arrangements for the Industry Complaints Commissioner (ICC).
The ICC provides members of the public and aviation community with an easy and effective way to make a complaint about our:
- decisions
- administrative actions
- services.
The ICC will determine if our behaviour is:
- wrong
- unjust
- unlawful
- discriminatory
- unfair.
The ICC also handles information from the public and aviation community about:
- threats to aviation safety
- contraventions of the civil aviation legislation.
