We are committed to making sure the information we provide can be used by the widest audience possible.
The web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) standard tells us how we can make our web content accessible for disabilities, people living in remote locations, and people using alternative technology.
We have identified further challenges to situational accessibility. This is where a situation with an environmental factor makes it difficult to access web content. Examples might be where a video can’t be heard because of a noisy environment, or screens can't be easily read in direct sunlight.
