What is AviationWorx?

AviationWorx is CASA's online learning system for the aviation industry where users can access eLearning modules and other CASA training.

A new version of AviationWorx launched August 2019. The updated system enables users to:

  • log in through myCASA
  • find and manage courses more easily
  • view courses on a range of mobile devices.

Accessing AviationWorx

Access to the new AviationWorx is now through the myCASA portal. Your myCASA account is your main account, so make sure your contact details are up to date.

If you don’t have a myCASA account, you will be required to create one. You will also require an aviation reference number (ARN) to access AviationWorx.

Current ARN holders

If you already hold an ARN, you can link your ARN to your myCASA account. This will then allow you to access AviationWorx.

Non-ARN AviationWorx accounts

If you held a non-ARN user account in the previous version of AviationWorx, your account was not transitioned to the new system. You will need to create a myCASA account and then apply for an ARN. Once you have received your ARN, a new account will be created for you in AviationWorx enabling you to access the system.
