What is AviationWorx?
AviationWorx is CASA's online learning and registration system for the aviation industry. AviationWorx provides a streamlined registration process for seminars/events, along with access to eLearning modules.

Who can use AviationWorx?
If you're an individual with or without an aviation reference number (ARN), you can use AviationWorx. Organisations can't access AviationWorx.
Are you a first time user?
You can create a new account with or without an aviation reference number by clicking on the icon below and following the prompts.
You can find more information in our creation instructions.
If you've got an ARN, but don't know what it is, you can contact the CLARC team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are you an existing AviationWorx account holder?
When you've logged into the system, it will do a browser test. Please make sure you turn your pop-up blocker off for this site. You can refer to how to turn off your pop-up blocker pdf for further instructions.
Our eLearning modules in AviationWorx need Adobe Flash Player to work. These modules won't work on an iPad or MAC because they're not supported platforms.

Are your details up-to-date?
Please make sure your profile details, especially your email address, is up-to-date.
You can update your personal information by emailing us at AviationWorx@casa.gov.au. Make sure you include your full name, date of birth, reference number (if you have one), contact number, along with your current details so we know which information to update.
