R654A extends from the surface to 6,500 ft and to 23 DME from Oakey (OK) in an arc from north-west to north-east, with an R2 conditional status. Avoid infringing from the adjacent R625D to the east, which has a LL of 8,500 ft, and from the Cooyar area to the north.
Aircraft wishing to use the Warrego VFR route through the south-western sector of Oakey CTR, or an opportunity clearance of R654, must call Oakey Airways Clearance Delivery on 133.35 for clearance and an SSR code when the airspace is active.
