Plants and plant cuttings are not considered a dangerous good unless they contain Genetically Modified Micro-organisms (GMMO) or Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO). However, depending on the plant, it may be subject to quarantine. Please refer to the Department of Agriculture for more information.
