We’re improving the way we manage your calls
From July 2017, we're improving the way we manage your phone calls.
Calls to all CASA-operated 13 and 1300 numbers will now be diverted through to 131 757, which will become our primary contact number.
You will be able to choose from a number of voice options, so that your enquiry can quickly be directed to the most appropriate place in CASA.
Options will include services relating to aviation medicine, drones, our aviation safety hotline and more.
You don't need to do anything to get ready for this change, but you will notice a difference in the way we handle your calls and you'll start to see 131 757 gradually introduced as the main CASA number to call.
Please note that our business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, AEST. We are closed on public holidays.
