Stakeholder Engagement Group
The Stakeholder Engagement Group is responsible for most of our communication with our stakeholders including the aviation community, government, national and international agencies and the general public.
The Stakeholder Engagement Group is made up of two branches and currently includes our education sections.
Safety Promotion and Communication
Our Safety Promotion and Communication Branch are responsible for developing and delivering our safety promotion campaigns, corporate communication including media relations, all regulatory communication and web publishing. They also produce our Flight Safety Australia magazine.
Our aviation safety advisors (ASA's), who work to provide safety advice and deliver safety education and training, are also part of this branch.
Government and International Relations
Our Government and International Relations Branch is responsible for coordinating our relationships with government agencies, including the minister's office.
It is also the central coordination point for our strategic international engagement for policy, programmes and International Civil Aviation Organization coordination.
Our safety education sections work with business units to increase organisational capability through learning and development. They also provide safety education to the wider Australian aviation industry and deliver regulatory and technical training for regulatory staff and industry delegates.
