RPAS industry delegations
You can apply for a Remotely Piloted Aircraft operators certificate (ReOC) either through CASA or an industry delegate. Industry delegates are currently authorised for non-complex aerial operations work.
Industry delegates are authorised by us to issue operators certificates and perform other functions under Part 101 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998.
Applying for an industry delegation
No more than 10 persons (organisations and individuals) can currently operate under Part 101. Ten applications are currently under consideration. We are not accepting any further applications at this time but may look to increase this number in the future.
Those delegates currently authorised to assess applications and issue ReOCs and who have asked for their details to be published are listed below.
Their charges may differ from ours. Contact individual authorised industry delegates for details about their charges, time frames for assessment and other application-related information.
