The outcome of consultations conducted during this project are reflected in the regulations and amendments. The requirement for an NFRM to finalise these consultations has been superseded by CASA's initiation of a post-implementation review (PIR) for the Flight Crew Licensing Parts. Project FS 14/25 continues the work of FS 99/02 under the auspices of the Part 61 PIR.
Comments received following the implementation of the Flight Crew Licensing regulations are being addresseed through the Flight Crew Licensing Standards Sub-committee and PIR working groups - to listen to feedback and respond directly to industry concerns.
