- Miscellaneous minor amendments to the Part 66 Manual of Standards (MOS)
The Part 66 Manual of Standards (MOS) specifies matters affecting the maintenance or airworthiness of aircraft. In particular, the Part 66 MOS sets out the requirements for the issue of an aircraft engineer licence and other requirements or privileges associated with the licence.
As a result of industry feedback and CASA’s ongoing review of information contained in the Part 66 MOS, the following issues and the proposed amendments that will address these issues, are outlined below. Other minor amendments are also included in the draft Manual of Standards Part 66 Amendment Instrument 2015 (No.1).
