CASR Part 200 - Aircraft to which CASR do not apply
Part 200 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) 1998 provides specified aircraft an exemption from the CASR subject to other conditions being met.
Who Part 200 affects
Part 200 affects the operators of a range of aircraft that are the subject of exemptions from CASR under the Part, including sport and recreational aircraft and certain military aircraft. It also prescribes an offence for flying unregistered aircraft outside the terms of the exemption in Part 200.
Projects are opened to revise a CASR Part.
There are currently no projects open for Part 200.
