Airline Customer Service

If your complaint relates to an airline customer service issue such as:

  • ticket reimbursement
  • flight delays
  • flight cancellations
  • poor customer service
  • lost baggage.

You will need to contact the relevant airline’s complaint handling department. Contact information and options to leave feedback can be found on airline's website home pages under 'contact us.'

If you are not happy with their response please contact the airline customer advocate.
