The new AFM regulations
Regulations: 2(1), 54, 55, 138, 139, 322 and 323 of Civil Aviation Regulations 1988, (CAR 1988) are the relevant regulations concerning AFMs for Australian aircraft. Current rules page

Maker (Type Certificate [TC] holder) or maker's agent
The maker or the maker's Australian agent is the primary source for information on the correct basic AFM for the make, model and serial number of aircraft concerned. Below are the contact details for the Australian maker's agents for some major aircraft brand names.
