Flight of an Aircraft Without Carrying a Maintenance Release
The flight of an aircraft without carrying a maintenance release would be in breach of the Civil Aviation Regulations.
To allow replacement of the maintenance release, which has been lost or destroyed, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has established policy and procedures to be followed. Therefore, any person requiring or asked to issue a replacement maintenance release should contact an Airworthiness Office of the CAA for guidance concerning the replacement of the lost or destroyed document.
