Circuit number increase

On 18 January 2010 the cap on the number of aeroplanes in the circuit at GAAP aerodromes increased from six to eight.  This cap will be removed when Class D airspace procedures are introduced at Archerfield, Bankstown, Camden, Moorabbin, Parafield and Jandakot. It is anticipated Class D airspace will take effect at these aerodromes from 3 June 2010.  The Class D procedures will be based on the United States Federal Aviation Administration Class D.
