CASR Subpart 21.M authorised persons
We appoint people as authorised persons under CASR 21.M to approve the design of modifications and repairs. Appointments are made by formal Instruments of Appointment. These instruments impose limitations and conditions which can vary and may be approved by the discipline area, for example structures, avionics, mechanical systems.
