Permission application centre (PAC)

The Permission Application Centre is your first point of contact for your application for a range of approvals and regulatory services including:

  • Air Operator Certificates
  • Certificates of Approval
  • Instruments of Appointment
  • Instruments of Delegation
  • Maintenance Controllers

By contacting us, we will organise for you to find the right CASA office and the correct CASA officer.

Our staff are a single telephone call away, ready to help with your application. They will provide advice and help you on your specific regulatory requirements and explain all of the relevant processes to you.

Importantly, they will keep track of your application from the day it is lodged to the day the certificate is issued.

When formalities are complete, your new certificate will be sent to you by the Permission Application Centre. It's a streamlined and simple operation aimed to facilitate the application process.
