Flight operations repealed legislation and publications

On 2 December 2021, the flight operations legislation changes went into effect. On this date, a large number of legislative instruments and publications were repealed/cancelled and are no longer required to be complied with by the industry.

Below is a list of all the Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR), Civil Aviation Orders (CAO) and Civil Aviation Advisory Publications (CAAP) that were repealed on 2 December 2021. 

These items no longer appear on the CASA website. They can be found on the Federal Register of Legislation.
