Help with myCASA system difficulties
Follow the steps below if you're having difficulties or issues with the myCASA portal.
Refresh your internet browser
- press the F5 key on your keyboard
- press the circular arrow, next to the web address bar on your browser.
Check your internet connection
- open another browser window and search for something on Google
- if this fails to load – you may not be connected to the internet, so check your modem, internet cable or WIFI.
Start a new session
- log out and close your browser window
- open a new window and log back in to myCASA.
If you're waiting for an automated email
- if your email hasn't arrived wait another five minutes, then check your junk email folder.
