Create and link a myCASA online account
Applications for remote pilot licences (RePLs) and remotely piloted aircraft operator's certificate (ReOC) renewals* can be submitted online through our myCASA portal.
Create or link your myCASA account
You must be a Chief Remote Pilot to submit RePL applications or a Chief Executive Officer to renew ReOC through myCASA.
Find the option below that relates to you, and follow the instructions to create or link your account.
I applied for my own ARN online
You can use the same account details to log in to myCASA.
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on Problems signing in? link.
I have a current Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), Aviation Identification (AVID) or current aviation medical
- select Problems signing in?
- enter your email address when asked
- set a password.
You can now use your myCASA account. If the system doesn't recognise your email, follow the instructions below.
I don't have any of the above
You'll need to create a new myCASA account. Once you've created your account, select Link my ARN. You'll also need to verify your identity as part of this process.
*Note: if you need to make any changes to your certificate, you'll need to complete and submit Application for RPA operator’s certificate (ReOC) subsequent Issue form 101-03 (pdf 596.08 KB). Changes to ReOCs cannot be processed through myCASA.
