Submit RePL applications as a certified training organisation
Chief Remote Pilots can lodge Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) applications online, once their students have completed the required training.
Only Chief Remote Pilots can lodge RePL applications online.
Before you can get started, you will need to check that your students have a valid Aviation Reference Number. If a student does not have an ARN, they will need to obtain one through our online myCASA portal before you can proceed.
As the Chief Remote Pilot submitting applications on behalf of your students, you will also need to have an online account with CASA. See the instructions below on how to check whether you already have an online account with CASA, how to set one up if you don’t and how to link your individual account to your organisation.
Please note that manual forms are required for Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate (AROC) applications and English language proficiency assessments. Where this applies, you can still submit the RePL component of your application online.
