On 1 October 2009, Part 39 changed to incorporate automatic acceptance of State of Design ADs. CASA have produced a list of States of Design for reference.
Although CASA provide this AD page as a service to industry, it is not the authoritative source for the legislation. For Australian ADs, please refer to www.legislation.gov.au. For State of Design ADs, please refer to the website of the State of Design of the aircraft in question. While CASA make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this page, ultimately it is the responsibility of the registered operator to ensure that they are aware of all applicable ADs for their aircraft.
