Air display administration and procedure manual update

Date published: 21 June 2022

The CASA Air Display Administration and Procedure Manual has updated to reflect interim arrangements for how we manage, consider and approve air displays.

It also reflects the Part 91 General operating and flight rules.

The manual outlines how we consider, review and assess the safety of air displays. It also includes the approval processes and general approval conditions.

The publishing of the interim manual allows industry to see the arrangements in place for these air displays.

This work aligns with our commitments we made in the General Aviation Workplan.

We will consult on the manual and arrangements by the end of September 2022. We will finalise the manual by the end of 2022.
