We're testing our performance
We’re about to conduct the second of our regular surveys to find out how the aviation community rates our performance.
It has been more than two years since the first survey of our relationships and interactions with the aviation community and it is now time to check how we’re tracking against the benchmark data we obtained in late 2015.
While we’ll be asking the same questions, we’ve fine-tuned our research approach to ensure we get a broad, representative set of views across all aviation sectors.
Professional market research organisation Colmar Brunton will conduct the survey from a random sample of people and organisations representing the breadth of the aviation community.
People in aviation may receive an email in early March from CASA’s CEO and Director of Aviation Safety, Shane Carmody, asking if they can participate in the survey.
We’ll also be inviting federation and association members to register their interest to participate via our online Consultation Hub and from there we’ll ask a random selection of registered individuals to complete the survey.
CASA encourages everyone who is approached to give a little of their time to share their honest feedback. Hearing directly from the aviation community allows us to gain a frank view of what we’re doing well and what is working, as well as importantly where improvements need to made.
