System outages – 31 July to 2 August
We will be undertaking system upgrades and maintenance from 7 pm on Friday 31 July until 7 pm on Sunday 2 August AEST.
During this time you may be unable to access the Self Service portal, Flight Test Management system, myCASA or AviationWorx. New PEXO exam bookings will not be possible. Full details are provided below.

myCASA portal including AviationWorx
You will not be able to able to make any applications in myCASA or undertake training via AviationWorx during this time. This includes aviation reference number applications (ARN), renew remotely piloted aircraft operator certificates (ReOC) or apply for a remote pilot licence (RePL).
New functionality will be available in myCASA following the outage.
You will be able to conduct PEXO exams that have been booked previously but new exam bookings will not be possible during the outage window.
Flight Test Management system
You will not be able to complete any notifications in the Flight Test Management system during this time due to a scheduled systems outage.
Unanticipated notifications that need to be made may be emailed to email@example.com during the scheduled outage.
Notification emails containing details of the examiner, applicant and the type of test are taken to meet the Part 61 notification requirements during the scheduled outage.
CASA will provide a flight test number and examiners will then need to complete the process by entering the FTM and verifying the flight test.
