System outages – 26 & 27 September
We will be undertaking system upgrades and maintenance from 2 pm on Saturday 26 September until 11.59 pm on Sunday 27 September AEST. During this time you will be unable to access the Self Service portal, Flight Test Management system, myCASA, Medical Records System, PEXO or AviationWorx. We thank you for your patience during this time.
myCASA portal including AviationWorx
You will not be able to able to make any applications in myCASA or undertake training via AviationWorx during this time. This includes aviation reference number applications (ARN), renew remotely piloted aircraft operator certificates (ReOC) or apply for a remote pilot licence (RePL).
You will not be able to conduct PEXO exams or new exam bookings during the outage window.
Medical records system
CASA will be conducting planned IT system maintenance over the weekend from 2 pm Saturday 26 September until 11.59 pm on Sunday 27 September AEST. This will impact the medical records system (MRS). It is anticipated that MRS will be back online and available for use on Monday 28 September.
Flight Test Management system
You will not be able to complete any notifications in the Flight Test Management system during this time due to a scheduled systems outage. Unanticipated notifications that need to be made may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org during the scheduled outage. Notification emails containing details of the examiner, applicant and the type of test are taken to meet the Part 61 notification requirements during the scheduled outage. CASA will provide a flight test number and examiners will then need to complete the process by entering the FTM and verifying the flight test.
