Our Guidance Delivery Centre has now expanded to be your central point of contact for questions about:

  • flight operations
  • fatigue
  • continuing airworthiness
  • maintenance training organisations
  • aerodromes
  • dangerous goods
  • cabin safety
  • ground operations
  • foreign air operator certificates.

You can use our simple online form to send us your enquiry. Our centralised Guidance Delivery team will answer your questions and help you find the information you need to prepare complete applications. This will speed up the time it takes for your application to be assessed and approved. The Guidance Delivery Centre can also explain the intention of the rules and the way legislation is applied.

Gradually centralising our enquiry service is part of the work we’re doing to improve the way we deliver our regulatory and online services and ensure we're providing consistent advice to all members of the aviation community, no matter where you’re located in Australia.

Please note the Guidance Delivery Centre provides general advice and does not respond to enquiries about specific operator circumstances. If you have a question that is directly related to your operations, you will need to lodge a regulatory service request instead so we can assess your situation more fully.

We’ll let you know when our centralised guidance service expands to include enquiries about other topics. In the meantime, please use the online form to send us your questions about the topics listed above, and continue to use existing CASA contact points for all other enquiries.
