CASA arrangements over the Christmas holiday period
CASA services to the aviation community will not be available from close of business Friday 22 December 2017 until Tuesday 2 January 2018.
All services will resume from Tuesday 2 January 2018.
People who anticipate needing CASA services during the holiday period should contact CASA well before the closure. New applications, variations and renewals should be submitted to CASA well in advance of the closing period.
CASA staff will be available to help with urgent aviation safety matters during the Christmas/New Year period.

Accidents and Incidents
Accidents and serious incidents must be reported to the Australian Transport Safety Bureau.

Foreign Operators who require assistance over the Christmas period are requested to visit the International Operations section of the CASA website for all general information.
