Competency Based Training (CBT) Education
The Day VFR Syllabus for aeroplanes introduced the concept of competency based training (CBT) into flying training in 1999. However, there was little education provided at the time and many flying schools have struggled over the years to come to grips with the requirements. These web pages are designed to help flying schools develop their training plans.
