Reset a lost password
- Click on the ‘Login’ button to open the Self Service Portal homepage
- On the CASA Self Service Portal Homepage click on ‘Reset your password’ text.

- Enter the following information
- Your Aviation Reference Number (ARN).
- Your Date of Birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY

- Once entered click on ‘Submit’.
- You will then be prompted to enter the answers to the two ‘Challenge Questions’ set during your registration process.
Note: These answers are case sensitive.

- Once entered click on ‘Submit’.
- You will now be asked to set a new password for your account which you can use to logon to the CASA Self Service Portal.
