The Permission Application Centre, Brisbane team is a one-stop location for the following Regulatory Services: Air Operator Certificates, Certificates of Approval, Instruments of Appointment, Instruments of Delegation, Maintenance Controllers, and a range of other approvals. By contacting PAC you will find the right CASA office and the correct CASA officer - we'll organise this for you. The CASA people to deal with your Certificate processing are a single telephone call away, ready to help with your application.
The PAC Brisbane staff will provide advice on your specific requirements and explain all of the relevant processes to you. They can help you to understand all the necessary regulatory requirements for Air Operator Certificates, Certificates of Approval, Instruments of Appointment, Instruments of Delegation, Maintenance Controllers, and a range of other approvals. Importantly, they will keep track of your application from the day it is lodged to the day the certificate is issued. And that service alone is a real bonus for busy air operators and maintenance organisations.
When formalities are complete, your new certificate will be sent to you by the Permission Application Centre. It's a streamlined and simple operation aimed to facilitate the application process.
