The CASA Service Centre is a one-stop location for all Air Operator Certificate and Certificate of Approval services for General Aviation. You'll no longer need to worry about finding the right CASA office and the correct CASA officer - we'll organise this for you. The CASA people to deal with your Certificate processing will be a single telephone call away, ready to help with your application.
The CASA Service Centre staff will provide advice on your specific requirements and explain the processes to you. They can help you to understand all the necessary Air Operator Certificate and Certificate of Approval requirements. Importantly, they will keep track of your application from the day it is lodged to the day of certificate issue. And that service alone is a real bonus for busy air operators and maintenance organisations.
When formalities are complete, your new certificate will be sent to you by the CASA Service Centre. It's a streamlined and simple operation aimed to facilitate the application process.
