Flight Crew Licensing Procedures Manual

Details of regulations governing the issue of flight crew qualifications, and procedures for processing and issuing Australian civilian flight crew licences, endorsements, ratings and approvals, and authorisations to overseas pilots flying in Australian airspace. The licensing system ensures that all civilian flight crew are properly trained and proficient.

This manual includes information to assist delegates who conduct flight tests for flight crew qualifications, record flight crew qualifications in pilot Log Books and issue student licences and certificates.
