Implementation of an ICAO Standard and Recommended Practice (SARP) on English language proficiency for aeroplane and helicopter flight crews

Purpose

The purpose of this Notice of Final Rule Making (NFRM) is to provide a consolidation of all submissions received in response to NPRM 0714FS, with CASA’s corresponding evaluation and comment. The final disposition of the regulatory material in the light of each comment is also given.
