Closure notes
Part 66 Manual of Standards Amendment Instrument 2012 (No. 1) was signed by the Acting Director on 4 April 2012.
Issue
From operational experience, CASA has identified an opportunity to further clarify the Part 66 of the CASR 1998 transitional licence privileges and also to clarify how these privileges will apply to licences gained under the transitional arrangements in place until June 2015. Editorial and typographical corrections will also be made.
Project objective
The objective of the project is to provide greater clarity of the Part 66 of the CASR 1998 transitional privileges.
Status
This project was approved by Peter Boyd on 12 August 2011.
