Amendments to MOS Part 139, Chapter 9 - Visual Aids Provided by Aerodrome Lighting

Purpose/Objectives

As a result of industry feedback it is considered appropriate to propose amendments to MOS Part 139, Chapter 9 - Visual Aids Provided by Aerodrome Lighting. This project is the first in a series of proposed changes to be made to MOS Part 139 following a Post Implementation Review.

A Notice of Proposed Change (NPC) will be prepared to consult with industry on the proposed changes. The NPC will outline the basis of the proposed changes.

Status

The project was approved by Group General Manager, Air Transport Operations Group, and registered on 27 September 2007.
