CASR Part 1 – Preliminary

CASR Part 1 provides a general explanation of the name, commencement date and structure of the 1998 Civil Aviation Safety Regulations. Part 1 was initially made on 15 July 1998, the rules taking effect on 1 October 1998.

CASR Part 1 affects every other Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR).
