Validation of instrument flight procedures and related aerodrome facilities

Purpose/Objectives

This project sets out to prepare and promulgate a new Advisory Circular for CASR Part 173. The new AC will provide guidelines and an acceptable means of compliance for the administrative and operational processes involved in the revalidation of instrument flight procedures regulated under CASR Part 173, and other related facilities regulated under CASR Part 139 including aerodrome lighting, approach visaids, PAALC and AFRU+PAL.
