CASA Christmas-New Year shutdown
The Civil Aviation Safety Authority will be closed for normal business for ten days over the Christmas-New Year holidays.
CASA’s last day of normal business will be Friday 24 December.
Offices will re-open on Tuesday 4 January 2005.
Regulatory services provided by CASA will not be available during the closure, including licence renewals or variations to certificates or permissions.
People or aviation businesses who anticipate they will need regulatory services during this time must contact CASA well before the holiday period.
Please make contact with the local CASA Area or Airline office, or the CASA Service Centre.
Area and Airline offices can be telephoned through the central switch on 131 757.
The CASA Service Centre can be reached on 136 773.
During the ten day holiday period CASA staff will be available to help with urgent aviation safety matters. People are asked to limit inquiries to safety issues that need immediate attention.
