Level 4 recognition for existing licence holders (PPL or above)
If you need to conduct an international flight within three months, you can use application form 644 to apply to CASA for a level 4 proficiency to be added on your flight crew licence without completing a language proficiency assessment.

It is strongly recommended that you read the background information before completing and submitting an application.
Level 6 language proficiency assessment form
CASA approved level 6 assessors will use this form when conducting an assessment.
